NICHE Top 100 Retailer Award
NICHE Awards program celebrates excellence and innovation in American and Canadian fine craft. Artique has won the NICHE Magazine's Top 100 Retailer Award seven times since 1996 with the latest in 2007.
More than 18,000 professional fine craft artists throughout the U.S. and Canada nominated nearly 600 galleries for this award. Galleries nominated promote American-made products, celebrate local artisans and improve surrounding neighborhoods.
It's about creating a community of like-minded people who appreciate handmade American craft, and Artique has repeatedly shown its dedication to creating its community year after year.

The criteria is based on how well retailers educate the customer on the quality and value of designer jewelry, excellence in displaying designer jewelry, and their commitment to fair business practices.
Through winning this award Artique was recognized to it's commitment to excellence to designer jewelry.
"These retailers are a special breed; they're trendsetters who recognize the artistry and value in designer created jewels. They share a passion for the artistry of jewelry making and this commitment will be celebrated at The JCK Show in the Design Center at our first annual awards ceremony," Dave Bonaparte, Vice President, JCK Events.
Governor's Award for the Arts 
"The arts inspire us, teach us and comfort us. Artistic endeavors also stimulate economic growth, create jobs and build a better workforce for tomorrow. The Honorable Ernie Fletcher, Governor Commonwealth of Kentucky.
The Commonwealth awarded Artique with most distinguished award for Outstanding Support of the Arts - the 2005 Governor's Awards in the Arts - Business Award.
These awards honor the outstanding achievements and contributions in the arts from Kentucky individuals and businesses. Nominations are solicited from the public and winners are chosen by the Kentucky Arts Council and the Governor of Kentucky.
